Delivery and Installation Policy
We deliver across the UK. Delivery and installation arrangements depend on the product, postcode, access and scheduling requirements.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free within a 100-mile radius of S73 8HR unless otherwise stated.
For locations beyond 100 miles from S73 8HR, a mileage-based delivery charge may apply.
For longer-distance deliveries, additional delivery charges may also apply.
If the delivery address is within a ULEZ or similar charged zone, that charge may be passed on.
Any delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is finalised.
Lead times
Lead times vary depending on product type, season, workload and delivery location.
For many kennel orders, the usual lead time is around 2 to 4 weeks, but this can vary during busy periods or for more complex or long-distance orders.
Any date we give before final scheduling is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Delivery day
Delivery and installation usually take place between 8am and 5pm.
We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, but we will provide updates where reasonably possible.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present at the property during delivery and installation.
Access requirements
Customers must ensure there is suitable access for a long wheelbase van where required, a safe route from the unloading point to the installation point, and that the area is clear and ready.
Please tell us before the order is finalised if there are narrow passageways, steps, steep banking, muddy or unstable ground, restricted parking, long carry distances, overhead obstructions, or any other access issues.
Base requirements
The base must be hard-standing, level, and suitable for the size and weight of the product ordered.
Where a phenolic raft base or similar option is being installed, the ground beneath must still be suitably prepared and capable of supporting the structure.
If the base is not suitable, we may not be able to complete the installation.
Customer-caused delays or failed visits
If we cannot complete delivery or installation because the site is not ready, the base is unsuitable, access is unsafe or materially different from what was described, the customer is not present, or the customer asks us to wait, we may need to reschedule the visit.
In those circumstances, reasonable additional charges may apply to cover extra labour, travel or a repeat visit. We will explain these clearly.
Completion and concerns
Once installation is complete, we ask customers to inspect the build with the team and raise any visible concerns there and then, where possible.
If concerns arise afterwards, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the issue.
Events outside our control
We may need to rearrange delivery or installation due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier delays, vehicle breakdown, illness or access restrictions. If that happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
